Express Entry Draw for Trade Occupations
IRCC conducted the latest Express Entry draw on July 4, 2024. The category-based Express Entry draw issued 1,800 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to Trade occupations professionals. Candidates with a CRS score of 436 were considered for the EE draw. The first Express Entry Draw in July was conducted on July 2, 2024, inviting eligible 920 PNP candidates.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for Express Entry System
Candidates with a minimum of 67 points can apply for the Express Entry program. The points can be acquired from the factors given below:
- Age: A maximum of 12 points are given if you are between 18 and 35.
 - Education: If your educational qualification is equal to the higher secondary level of education in Canada, you will receive a maximum of 25 points.
 - Work Experience: A maximum of 15 points are given if you have prior work experience. Candidates with more work experience get higher scores.
 - Adaptability: If you have close relatives or family members living in Canada, you are awarded a maximum of 10 points.
 - Language skills: A maximum of 28 points can be acquired via this factor. Candidates with 6 bands in IELTS equal to CLB 7 can get a high score.
 - Arranged Employment: A maximum of 10 points are given if you have a valid employment offer from a Canada-based employer
