Canada Introduces 4 new PR Pathways in 2025
Canada is set to introduce four new pathways leading to permanent residency. The new programs will be effective from 2025.

Enhanced Caregiver Pilot Programs |
The IRCC launched two new Enhances Caregiver programs on June 2, 2024. These new programs replace the Home Child Care Provider Pilot and the Home Support Worker Pilot. Through the program, home care workers can be employed by organizations that provide part-time care for individuals who are recovering from an illness or are semi-independent.

Manitoba released the new 3-year program on November 15, 2024, to deal with the workforce shortage in the west-central region of the province. Manitoba will work with Gambler First Nation and seven rural municipalities to fulfill the labor market needs. |
