Highlights: Canada released the Immigration Levels Plan 2025-27
- IRCC released the Immigration Levels Plan for the following years (2025-27).
 - Canada will invite 1.1 million migrants by the end of 2027.
 - The new plan has PR admission targets for 2025, with other commitments planned for 2026 & 2027, respectively.
 - The country’s GDP per capita is expected to grow from 2025-2027, with a lowered unemployment rate.

Details of the 2025–2027 Immigration Levels Plan
IRCC announced the Immigration Levels Plan for 2025-27. The plan consists of immigration targets for the coming three years. It includes PR admission targets for 2025 with other commitments for 2026 & 2027.
The following points are considered while framing the immigration Levels Plan:
- Immigration priorities and objectives as per the Immigration Act
 - Regional and economic requirements
 - International commitments
 - The capacity to process applications
