Canadian Immigration Documents

The following are some examples of immigration documents according to IRCC:

The IRCC offers application packages for the document replacement process. The application package required for the process contains the following:
- The Verification of Status or Replacement of an Immigration Document Form (IMM 5009)
- The Use of a Representative form [IMM 5476]
- An instruction Guide (IMM 5545)
