To be eligible for the Australian 402 visa, the candidate is required to:
- Participate in an occupational training
- Not work in any other job other than the approved occupational training program mentioned in the candidate’s visa application.
- Maintain employment, not leave the workplace-based training to work somewhere else, or work in a secondary job.
