The QSWP is an immigration program for those looking for economic immigration who have the intention to settle in the province of Quebec. The MIDI (Ministry of Immigration, Diversity, and Inclusion) gets applications to the QSWP via the online platform called “Mon Projet Quebec”.
Applicants who find success applying under the QSWP are given a CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate). It’s required prior to the candidate applying to the federal government of Canada for a PR visa.
