Generally, you will require:
- Duly filled Form 14A
- Passport-sized color photographs [taken within previous 3 months]
- Photocopy of the biodata page of passport
Keep in mind that your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date that you plan on entering Singapore.
