What are the new permanent immigration pilot programs announced by the government of Quebec?

Three permanent immigration pilot programs have been announced by Quebec. These are –

1. For workers in food processing, to come into effect on March 24, 2021 and run until January 1, 2026
2. For orderlies (NOC 3413), to come into effect on March 31, 2021 and run until January 1, 2026.
3. For workers in sectors of AI, informational technology, and visual effects; to come into effect on April 22, 2021 and close on January 1, 2026.
