The steps to obtain a USA Dependant Visa are given below.
Step 1: Choose the Visa Type: Your connection to the sponsor together with their relationship to you determines the appropriate visa choice.
Step 2: File a Petition: To file a petition the sponsor needs to be either a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who submits it to USCIS.
Step 3: NVC Processing: Once USCIS approves the petition the case transfers to the National Visa Center for further processing.
Step 4: Schedule Visa Interview: The application fees must be paid before you can set up the interview at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
