The Alberta PNP allows eligible applicants to obtain provincial nomination for permanent residency through its established criteria. The program contains three streams:
- Express Entry
- Opportunity Stream
- Self-Employed Farmer Stream
Individuals can submit their applications either by using Express Entry or by direct submission to the Alberta government. The nomination process allows individuals to submit their permanent residency applications through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The program consists of multiple streams which target particular skills and requirements found in the province.
