The NTNP has three primary streams:

  • Employer-Driven Stream: This is for skilled workers, critical impact workers, and Express Entry folks who have a job offer in the NWT. 
  • Express Entry Stream: Tied to Canada’s federal Express Entry system, this stream helps eligible candidates with a job offer in the NWT get through the process quicker. 
  • Business Stream: Designed for people looking to start or invest in a business in the NWT, with certain net worth and investment needs. 

Each stream has its own set of requirements for different applicants.
