The requirements can change depending on the stream, but the e=general requirements are given below.
- A valid job offer (for most streams)
- Relevant work experience (usually at least 1-2 years)
- Language skills in English or French (at least CLB 5)
- Enough money to settle down
- Valid post-secondary education credentials
- A promise to live and work in Newfoundland and Labrador
If you are applying under entrepreneur streams, you are required to provide a business plan, declare your net worth, and meet investment criteria. Also, medical and police clearance certificates are required for all permanent residency applications under the NLPNP.
