By 2025, Germany will really need jobs filled in healthcare, especially for nurses and doctors, as well as software developers, IT specialists, and engineers in mechanical and electrical fields. Skilled trades like plumbing and electrical work, along with logistics jobs, are also in high demand. Teachers, especially in math and science, and research scientists are wanted too. The need for these workers comes from an older population, changes in technology, and not having enough local skilled workers. To help, the German government is making it easier for foreign workers to come over with things like the EU Blue Card and Job Seeker Visa.
