New Guidelines for the Eligibility Criteria (E11) EB-1 Visa
The U.S. Government has recently announced new directives of eligibility criteria for the (E11) EB-1 visa for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability. The latest guidelines will be added to the Policy Manual, with clear instructions about the eligibility criteria for the immigrant visa.
The Policy Guidance will accept the following as proof of extraordinary abilities:
- It validates an individual's team awards, both national and international, for merit in the field of endeavour.
 - Any previous memberships under the membership criteria
 - Any published material that exhibits the worth of an individual's contributions and work
 - Non-artistic exhibitions that is well-backed with claims of comparable evidence.
 
Note: The new rules are implemented with immediate effect and will replace any of the previously announced guidance on the topic.
